Osteria Zaza takes its cue from the Italian Osteria, where food and produce take pride of place. The centrepiece of the refurbishment project is a large central bar in marble and smoked oak cladding, and a suspended brass shelf, all designed like a large ocean liner moored in the middle of the restaurant! In the bow, the tender bar and in place of the engines, the traditional Neapolitan pizza oven.
