Susuru, a ramen restaurant in Geneva, was designed to maximize seating in a narrow 50m2 arcade while incorporating a functional kitchen space. A long bar, integrating the kitchen area, was created using wood, stainless steel, and tiles, blending the interior language of traditional Japanese restaurants with modern adaptations suited to Western codes.
